All guests must complete the online check-in process before arrival. The guest named on the reservation must also complete and signrequired online forms, guest registration documents, and house rulesrequested. Check-in instructions and access codes will only be released after online check-in, online payment, valid identification, and required signatures have been completed.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after full payment has been received by Talun Kapu Kft. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the guest’s bank or card issuer.
Guest Identification:

Check-In Time:

Guest Registration:
Only guests who are registered in our database are allowed to stay at the property attimes. Unregistered or extra guests will be charged 100 EUR per person, per day, payable in cash at the property. It is the responsibility of the registered guest or the person named on the reservation to cover any extra costs before check-out, in cash.

Smoking inside the building will result in a 500 EUR charge.
If additional cleaning is deemed necessary, a 500 EUR fee will be applied.
Check-out is until 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior written approval from Comfort Property Talun Kapu Kft. will result in a 150 EUR per day charge.
